The NSLS is an organization that offers a life-changing leadership program that helps students achieve personal growth, job success, and the ability to make a good influence in their communities.

We are the dream's supporters. We develop leaders, assist people in reaching their goals, and help to improve the world in the process. We get people to answer the all-important question, "What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?" Then, we give students the tools they need to propel their future, position themselves as leaders among their peers, and develop real-world skills that will help them flourish in the job.
